Updating Account Information
After making your account with USA Sport Group, you may need to add participants, change your password, or simply update contact information. We have compiled some common questions regarding this topic below.
Updating Contact Information
Whether you got a new phone number or you are trying to get your alert notifications to send to the correct person, updating your contact information is fast and easy.
- Click on your name in the top right corner of the page and select "Your Account" from the drop-down menu.

- After you change the applicable fields, remember to select the "Save Changes" button in the lower left-hand corner of your screen.

Adding & Editing Participants on Your Account
Adding a Participant
- Click on your name in the top right corner of the page, and select "Your Participants" from the drop-down menu.

- From this screen, select the "ADD NEW PARTICIPANT" button at the bottom of the page.

- Using the prompted pop-up window, fill out the new participant's information. Remember to hit the "ADD PARTICIPANT" button after you complete all boxes.

Editing an Existing Participant
- Click on your name in the top right corner of the page, and select "Your Participants" from the drop-down menu.

- To the right of each participant's name, you can find a blue "EDIT" button.

- After selecting, a pop-up window will let you change any of the information we have listed for that participant on your account. Remember to hit the "SAVE PARTICIPANT DETAILS" button after you complete your changes.

Username & Password Assistance
We all forget our username and password sometimes or have websites that don't like taking our information, but that is no problem we cannot solve. Below are some common situations:
Forgot Your Username
Your username is your email address associated with your account. If you are unsure of that, please call 732-563-2520 or email customercare@usasportgroup.com for assistance. We may ask a few questions to verify your identity before providing your login email.
Forgot Your Password
- Click the "forgot password" button within the Account Login page.
- Enter your email address linked to the account.
- Click submit.
- Locate the USA Sport Group reset password email you received.
- Please note sometimes these emails may go into your spam or junk folders.
- Click the link in the email.
- The link is only valid one time, please note multiple attempts to reset the password using the same link will be blocked.
- Enter your username (i.e., your email address).
- Click submit.
- Enter a new password, and confirm.
- Please choose a password without any special characters - just letters and numbers.
- Click submit.
- Log in with your Username and New Password.
- Find a program and register!

Know Both Your Username & Password, But Cannot Log In
We recommend that you try to reset your password. Please note if you were directed to our website from a Recreation Department or other third-party site, you may need to create a separate USA Sport Group account, if you have not already.
