Payment Issues

Although our system is secure, you may still encounter lag from our website. Below are a couple of situations our customers have run into during their payment processes:

  • If you confirmed your credit card information is correct, but the payment won't go through:
    • Check your address - make sure it matches the billing address for your credit card
    • Re-enter your credit card details
    • Submit your payment for a second time
  • Your cart is showing a program as prepaid, but you haven't paid for it:
    • Empty your cart
    • Go to usasportgroup.com
    • At the top of the page, enter the age of the participant and your zip code
    • Use the filters to narrow your search and find the selected program
    • Click the blue "More Info" button
      • The program details page will give you information on how to register and pay for the program.
  • Your order shows up as "PENDING" - this means the order unfortunately did not go through, no payment was taken, and the participant is not on the roster. You will need to attempt registration again.
