FAQ regarding your registration
What is the latest I can register for a program?
We do not have a deadline for registrations, however, our programs are incredibly popular so the earlier you can register, the better, to ensure you are able to secure a space in a program. You are welcome to register for a program after it has started as long as there is still space available. If a program were to sell out, you have the option to add yourself to the waitlist and will receive a notification via email in the event a space becomes available.
Can I switch the class I'm registered for?
If you have registered with USA Sport Group directly, you may switch to any program as long as we take the registration directly, and there is space available in the program you are interested in. For assistance in switching to an alternative program, please call or send us an email
I was issued with a credit, how do I find this on my account?
To locate your credit voucher, simply log into your family profile via our website and select "Program Credit" from the drop-down menu.
How do I apply my credit voucher to my registration?
Please enter the code at checkout in the space marked "Coupon Discount". Once the code has been entered, then click "Save" and you will see the discount applied to your purchase.
The most common reason a voucher would not work could be because it has expired, we have combined all your vouchers into one or it may have already been used. For assistance with your credit voucher, please call or send us an email
I have a credit voucher, can I use it to register directly with the Recreation Department?
Credit vouchers issued by USA Sport Group may only be applied to programs where we take the registration directly. Recreation Departments/Third Party Organizations will not accept credits issued by USA Sport Group
