My child doesn't want to play, can I get a refund?
Our Non-participation policy is as follows:
Following the initial class, if you decide your child is not ready for the program or its content, we will issue your account a credit voucher***. The value of the credit voucher will be a maximum of 80% of the initial registration fee paid. To request a credit voucher for non-participation, you must contact USG offices(customercare@usasportgroup.com) before the 2nd session/camp day begins.
If 2 or more sessions have taken place, then no credit will be issued for non-participation.
For sessions where the recreation department took your registration, this would be dependent on their own policies. Therefore, you would need to contact them directly regarding this.
