My child doesn't want to play, can I get a refund?

We understand that not every child will be ready for a program or its content therefore, following the initial session/camp day, if you decide your child is not ready for the program, we will issue you with a credit voucher. 

When your child is a bit older and may have a better experience, you can use this credit voucher towards any program where we take the registration directly. The value of the credit voucher will be a maximum of 80% of the initial registration fee paid.  To request a credit voucher for non-participation, you must contact USG offices before the 2nd session/camp day begins. If 2 or more sessions have taken place, then no credit will be issued for non-participation.  

For sessions where the recreation department took your registration, this would be dependent on their own policies therefore, you would need to contact them directly regarding this.
