What happens if USG cancels my registration?

Here are the reasons why USA Sport Group may cancel your registration:

1. Low enrollment

To run a quality class or camp, we do require that minimum enrollment is met. We do not like to cancel any program but if we do, you will receive notification within the following time frame:

• Weekly classes: 3 or more days before
• Summer camps: 5 or more days before

If your program is canceled due to low enrollment, we will strive to find an alternative option for you and switch you onto this new program with as little disturbance as possible. 

If we cannot find an alternative program that works for you and your schedule, we will provide you with a full refund.

2. The participant is too young/old for the program

As we receive registrations for the camp or class, we will monitor the age of the participants.  If your child is the youngest or the oldest and we feel it would not be a good experience for them, we will contact you to discuss.  If we agree the program is not suitable and cannot find an alternate solution, we will provide you with a full refund.

3. To protect the safety and well-being of participants.

If the coach feels that your child is not having the best experience or is hindering the experience of other participants, including but not limited to discrimination, bullying, persistent poor behavior of any kind, irrespective of any special needs, USA Sport Group reserves the right to remove the participant from the program with immediate effect, either for the remainder of the day (part-exclusion) or from the entire program (full exclusion). In this scenario, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the time missed during the exclusion.

4. Other

There may be other reasons why we have to cancel a program you have registered for. Sometimes a location is no longer available or your coach has a medical / family situation that prevents them from finishing the season.  Regardless of the scenario, you will be provided with a full or prorated refund.
