What happens if I cancel my registration?

We understand that circumstances change and you may have to cancel your registration. Depending on when you placed your registration AND the season your program is being held, the following terms apply. 

Fall, Winter, or Spring Programs

(Programs with a start date of September 1 to May 31).

• Within 2 business days of placing the order: 100% refund (minus transaction fee) or 100% credit, provided no sessions have been attended.
• More than 30 days prior to the program start date: 100% credit voucher issued of the registration fee paid.
• Between 15 and 30 days prior to the program start date: 50% credit voucher issued of the registration fee paid.
• Within 14 days of the program start date: no refund or credit will be issued.

Summer Programs
(Programs with a start date of June 1 to August 31).

• Within 2 business days of placing the order: 100% refund (minus transaction fee) or 100% credit, provided no sessions have been attended.
• More than 60 days prior to the program start date: 100% credit voucher issued of the registration fee paid.
• Between 15 and 59 days prior to the program start date: 50% credit voucher issued of the registration fee paid.
• Within 14 days of the program start date: no refund or credit will be issued.
